  Extremely disappointed in the service I received. This was my first time here and I will not be back. After waiting for 53 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water, a worker finally came over to start my pedicure. She told me that she did not have time to give me anything but a basic pedicure even though I asked for the deluxe one. Perhaps the next customer was too good to wait like I had to. Once my pedicure was over I went to the other side of the salon to get a gel manicure. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. The man's name was Ken and he clearly did not want to be doing my nails or be at work. From the moment I sat down at his station, he was demanding and impatient. I asked to look at the gel polish swatches in order to choose a color, to which he responded with a loud sigh and went to get them. When he brought them back, he allowed me 60 seconds to look at them before taking them away from me! Then he said, " you choose color now. What color?" I just wanted to get this over with and be on my way, so I chose a color quickly. I really don't care for the color and would not have chosen it if given more than a minute to decide. Then he grabbed my hand very roughly and started cutting away very quickly at the skin around nails. I told him it hurt and tried to pull my hand back. He wouldn't let go of my hand and instead told me not to pull. Needless to say all of my nails hurt and are bleeding. I have been going to nail salons for 15 years and have never had anyone hurt my nails or make them bleed. If this place didn't have time to service me all they had to do was tell me to come back when they had more time. I am so disgusted. My fingers hurt and are so tender now, what a waste of money.

  I would much rather rate this salon -0 star than 1. Walked in for a pedicure, walked out with a half-ass crappy job of a pedicure. She rushed through the entire experience it probably lasted 15 minutes. They keeps speaking in their language when it is supposed to be relaxing, it might looks nice but I will never return.
